Guava Talent Management New Faces Scheme
At Guava, we recognise how difficult it can be to get your face noticed in an industry that's all about image. That's why we've developed our New Faces scheme, the best and most successful route to get as much exposure as possible in those vital first few months.
Whether you want to be a model, actor, performer, or all of the above and more, the most important thing is to get noticed by the right people. That's why we put all our newest talent on our New Faces gallery for a minimum of three mon ths. Our New Faces page is optimised to be the most popular with clients and casting directors, meaning your face is the first thing they'll see when they come to our site.
We generate a huge amount of independent hits every month, meaning your exposure will sky-rocket. All clients pay particular attention to the New Faces gallery, as they all want to be the one to spot the next big thing.
If you are interested in being considered for representation, or to book models, extras or other talent, please go to our main site here: http://www.guavatm.co.uk.

Guava Talent Management Is Delighted To Announce...
The launch of its new 'Junior Models' division. Until recently, Guava has only been able to take on talent aged 18 and over, meaning we have had to turn down a lot of talented, vibrant, fresh new talent, for being too young.
We therefore recognised the need for representation for this age group, and decided to develop a new specialised 'Junior Models' division. Junior Models is open to talented boys and girls aged 12-17, and is specially developed to cater to their specific needs.
We are committed to developing and nurturing the potential of this age-group, while ensuring any modelling or acting assignments do not interfere with their studies. If you are aged 12-17, have an interest in entertainments plus your parents' support, and would like to know more, please visit our website at http://www.guavatm.co.uk or email our team at enquiries@guavatm.co.uk.

Guava Talent Management's Top Ten Tips For Success
Guava TM prides itself on providing its members with everything they need to make a real success of themselves in the industry, now and in the future. Members often ask for extra tips and advice on how to really stand out from the crowd, so we wanted to share the benefit of our years of industry involvement and expertise with ten simple steps for success:
1. Never, ever be late for a casting or job! If there's one thing that creates a bad impression, and makes it least likely a casting director will ask you back, it's this.
2. Do a bit of research into the company you're working or casting for, as showing that you've taken the time to find out a bit about the role shows you are willing to go the extra mile to be the best.
3. Always prepare adequately for a shoot, by eating well and drinking enough water in the days leading up to it, and avoiding alcohol and sun exposure wherever possible.
4. Follow a sensible diet and exercise regime, and keep your drinking in check -free champagne is often available and shoots and networking events, so it can be easy to over-consume.
5. Always be polite, courteous and friendly to everybody you meet - from senior casting directors to admin assistants and tea-boys. You don't know who will be where in a few years' time, and everyone always remembers a friendly face.
6. Keep your online or printed portfolio regularly updated with studio shots, on-location shots, and tear sheets from all your campaigns.
7. Don't limit yourself, and apply to all vacancies you're suitable for. Even if you don't get the job, you never know who you'll meet at the casting.
8. Make sure your CV is up-to-date and well written, and it is easy for clients to see all your experience and what you have to offer.
9. Do regular industry research, by buying all the relevant publications like Stage magazines.
10. Enjoy yourself! The modelling and entertainments' industry is one of the most exciting there is, and all the hard work shouldn't interfere with you having a good time.
